At the moment yes there is only one location. We are currently looking to expand through franchising. 

Yes in the 1990s White Mountain started franchising with locations in Gananoque On, Perth On, Picton On, Niagara on the Lake On, White Rock B.C., Richmond B.C., Frederiction N.B., and in the Cataraqui Town Center in Kingston On.  As well as corporate stores in Gananoque and Ottawa On.

A combination of world events, hard economic times and individual personal duress resulted in the closing of these locations

Yes, White Mountain had cobranded with Beavertails in Ottawa and Gananoque. As well, we had cobranded with Coffee & Company in both Kingston and Frederiction. 

The original White Mountain franchise was focused on an independent viable retail operation twelve months of the year. Although this may be the case in certain locations it limited our ability to expand into smaller season locations. We have taken what we have learned and applied it to our new concept. 

Yes, the recipe for our base of vanilla or chocolate ice cream is all-natural. We do not add any artificial colours or flavours into our base. 

Some of our flavours contain peanut butter and nuts. All White Mountain Ice Cream is produced in an environment where nuts are present, therefore all ice cream may have come in contact with nuts. In-store we have a separate dipping well for the flavours containing nuts to minimize cross-contamination.

White Mountain does not use any alcohol in any of it's flavour extracts or ingredients.

Although you see a phone number online White Mountain does not have a phone in the location. However, we now have a team managing our website and social media daily where there is an opportunity to inquire.
